REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Kelly Reese Angels, our pieces are produced with care and made specifically following an order. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so please read our return and refund conditions carefully before placing your order.

CUSTOM-MADE & PERSONALISED ITEMS

Products that are made according to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised are produced specifically for you.

For these products, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted under applicable consumer law. This means that personalised or genuinely custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged because of:

• Choosing the wrong size;
• A change of mind;
• Colour preference;
• Fit preference;
• Buyer’s remorse.

We therefore recommend reviewing all product information, sizing details and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged or does not conform to your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully check our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, contains a manufacturing or print error, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please contact Kelly Reese Angels within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number;
• A clear description of the issue;
• Clear photographs of the product;
• Photographs of the packaging where relevant.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Please contact us promptly after discovering an issue. The request that you notify us within 3 days is intended to help us investigate delivery or production issues quickly and does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For products that legally qualify as personalised or made to your individual specifications, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Please select your size carefully using the measurements and size information provided on the relevant product page.

If you are unsure about your size before ordering, you are welcome to contact us for assistance.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing or production has started.

If we are still able to stop the order, we will assist you with the cancellation.

COLOUR & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to display our products and designs as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to factors such as:

• Different screen and display settings;
• Lighting;
• Fabric composition and texture;
• Dye-lot variations;
• Printing or production methods;
• Natural production variations.

Because of this, the colour of a physical product may vary slightly from how it appears on your screen.

Minor variations that are inherent to the production process are not necessarily considered defects.

SIZING

Please review the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering.

Because different styles can have different fits, we recommend checking the relevant measurements rather than relying solely on the size you normally wear.
